Hi there! We’re Matt and Liz — life partners, business partners, and parents who somehow manage to juggle sticky fingers, spilled coffee, creative sparks, and way too many browser tabs all at once.

Our journey began with a shared love for mindfulness, creativity, and building a life with intention (and caffeine). What started as late-night conversations and scribbled journal entries turned into this little corner of the internet — a space where we share thoughtful digital products to help others slow down, tune in, and find joy in the everyday.

Along with our two boys, we try our best to build each other up and prepare our boys for the world, which can be pretty scary at times.

We have read many books, listened to podcasts, watched courses and will share with what worked for us, what didn’t and where we are along our journey.

What We Believe

We believe in progress over perfection, laughter over stress, and that sometimes the best ideas come while folding laundry or stepping on LEGO bricks. We’re big fans of deep breaths, meaningful questions, and writing things down to make sense of the beautiful chaos that is life.
